card reader

Hey, I was given this card reader.
Would it be usable with multidec plugins within GBPVR?

Are they usable with as DVB-S Card?

I suspect that device wouldnt be usable by multidec plugins. The ones that are usable typically mention Smartmouse or Phoenix mode. Like http://www.infinityusb.com/default.asp?s...roductID=7
