No recording or LiveTV from AC3 or HD channels

Hi,

I've just installed an new system with two FireDTV DVB-C tuners, and I got almost everything working, except channels with AC3 sound, and HD channels. I tried installing ProgDVB and both AC3 and HD channels works fine there. The attached logs are from when trying live tv.

The symptoms are: No video and no audio. No difference if it's live tv or recording.

Any ideas?

Do you still have a PCH? If so do your files play ok on it?

Yep, still got the PCH.
I've not recorded much with the new system yet. Still trying to get it somewhat stable...
I tested one recording on my only FTA channel, and that recording played fine on the pc client, but the timeline was screwed up when I played it on the pch.

Ok, I'm surprised that the ac3 and hd files won't play I have a few Swedish samples that play really nicely.

Ah, the problem isn't that the files wont play. I'm sure they play fine once I have them...
I'm not able to _record_ those channels (or view LiveTV).
AC3 and HD channels simply doesn't work at all, for some reason.

Did another recording, this time from an encrypted channel. Same result: Fine timeline when played on the pc client, but screwed up on PCH (shows length of 1 sec).

You should check to make sure you have all the 1.13 updates, or better use NMTInstaller to make get them for you. In PCH2 mode, a bad timeline would come from the server not from the PCH itself.

But I'm still having problems with AC3 and HD channels. They don't work at all. Nothing to do with the PCH though...

What multiplexer are you using? I'm assuming TS Mux. If so, can you supply a small sample recording?
