Ok but i dont have xmltv data file . When i find to my cable tv ? i live in poland...

Sorry, I dont know where you'd get an xmltv source for Poland. I'm sure a google search on 'poland xmltv' will turn up something.

ok and find one more i scan whith tuningassistan.exe and find my all channels but how to add to the list channels.?

When you setup your capture source's xmltv, hit the 'update epg' and it'll pull in your list of channels, then you can enter the channel numbers shown in the tuning assistant, and then you'll be able to use the app (live tv, recordings etc).

You will have to use (possibly edit to your needs) an ini file from http://www.tvxb.com/country/pl-ini.html

You could add a normal scan to your program, I think it would be a better solution. scan to your cable and you would not be so many problems.
