Recorded loads with GBPVR over the years but suddenly I am getting a lot of recordings that, when played back, just stop on a frozen frame - this might be after a few minutes of play, or after an hour. It started about a week ago. I upgraded to 1.4.7 to see if it helped but it did not. I keep seeing 'found expired lease, stopping recording' in the logs of the affected recordings...
Logs attached include one of the problem recordings which was 'The Beach'.

Uploaded one of the failed recordings here;
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W883CNZH
This recording stops about 4mins 34secs in. Is happening to around half of all recordings now. Once it 'sticks', the file does not grow any more but GBPVR still thinks it is recording, and it reports the recording length as what it should be, even if it actually plays for a fraction of that time...
Would love some ideas of what could be causing this!

It'd be interesting to see if you fare any better with the TS Mux. Other muxes can be less tolerant of glitches in the stream.

Yes, I had a similar problem long ago and solved it by switching the mux.

Yes changing the BDA Multiplexor worked, thank you Sub and teookie.
I guess there must be a reason why this problem with the old mux started, most likely degradation of the terrestial signal - in fact a squirrel did knock one of the elements off recently! I have never had a problem with HD recordings from the sat tuner, but then they use the TS mux anyway...
