I haven't used my tuner card for almost a year (since before the switch to digital TV). I had done something to mess it up and just never got around to fixing it, then I decided to reinstall it. Anyway, so I'm starting from scratch now, and I cannot get the darn thing to find any channels.

My card is a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 1800 and I'm using GBPVR 10407.

On the configuration tab, I set it to Digital Recording Plugin, and choose Hauppauge HVR-1800MCE (ATSC) as the tuner. I set the EPG to XMLTV Plugin. I click Update EPG, then Map Digital channels to EPG channels. And it won't find any channels. My antenna is plugged in to the TV In connector on the card. And every time, I get "No channels found. Please check your signal and configuration settings."

I realize this might not even be a configuration problem with GBPVR, but I don't know what else to check to even be sure that the card is functioning! Anyone have any ideas? Does it sound like I'm setting it up right? Those are the only changes I have made to the config at all...is there something I forgot to do besides set up the tuner?

Plug the antenna into the "Ant In" port and not "TV In".

...darn. I read that as "Ani In" for...I dunno, analog? Anyway, I'm a dumbass, but it's still not working now that I've changed it to Ani In either.

Zip and post your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log after scanning.

Well, since my last post I restarted and reinstalled it again...and now it's finding the channels. Thanks very much for trying to help, I really appreciate it!
