Now that I have 2 DVB-T tuners and 2 analogue tuners I really want to avoid using the Analogue's unless I absolutely have to so I get HD - Stangely I seem to often get analogue recordings at times when there is little or nothing else recording. I currently have <PreferAlternatingCaptureSources> set to true. If I have <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible> set to true does this mean it will still use another tuner for a subsequent recording on the same channel rather than stopping and starting the same tuner? I hate (strong word) having 1 minute of a show on the start of the next show which is the main reason I want so many tuners. I actually have another twin DVB-T card in I'm about to configure so then I'll have 4 HD tuners so hopefully it won't be an issue. From what I've witnessed it appears that when you book a new show to season record whatever tuner was used on the first show will be preferred from then on??? Is this correct?
Cheers,
Matt
