I watch videos and cinema trailers over and over again... probably out of sheer boredom. If a video was watched to the end and it returns to the previous menu (a completely watched video), it would be nice if it did not prompt to ask if you want to resume or restart the next time you selected to watch it, since it completed its previous full viewing session.

i agree....it should know we've let it play thru to end without user stoppage..

i know internally it's hard to know where the 'end' is by the numbers, but if it stops without program or user intervention, assume it's reached end by itself...Smile

one thing that may help you Snooze, set the StoreResumeEndExclusion to 0 so it sometimes will know it's ended...
i thin also comskip messes with this, cuz if a comm. at end, it skips it, never actually reaching end...

Isn't life strange?
The recordings list seems to work as you request - green stripe next to show name and resume prompt which goes away if the show is played to the end. However, I'd prefer the green stripe to stay there if the show is played back through to the end - just to let me know it has been watched and is not an unseen show.

I bet you'd prefer if the stripe changed to red once you'd played it all the way through... Wink

:o I thought :othe green bar did show recordings that had been watched. Guess it's because I press stop before it gets to the end.

Guess it would be hard to get a two colour system working if like me you dont watch recordings right to the end though.

I could never work out why some shows I knew I'd watched didn't have the bar and others did. Must be ones I stopped it before the end show up and ones it finished do not! You learn something new every day.... Big Grin Yeah, I think a colour system for completed or not (to distinguish from unwatched) would be handy.
