Selecting channels with no Pogram Info

I have successfully downloaded some EPG program information for all the channels I want to watch except for four channels. These channels do not appear to have this information anywhere. Is there a way of selecting them from the tv guide when there is no program information

You cant select them from the TV Guide if there is no listing, but you can easily view them by clicking the 'live tv' button on the main menu, then type the channel number followed by 'OK'.
