Request for an added feature...

Been using GBPVR for several years...especially since it give me no problems at all compared to other software.

I would like to see what would need to be done to add more recording time to a program. For instance...I record two one hour shows and edit out the commercials and save each show separately as a separate file. This works well...except for only being able to go up to 90 minutes at the end of the program. Would love to be able to record a three to five hour block of a channel at a time. Not sure if there would be any way to change from 90 minutes to 180 or 300 minutes?

You should be able to do this using the Manual Recording item under Recordings.

Just select your channel, enter the start time and end time you're pretty much ready to go. Then manually split the shows and remove the commercials as you do now.

I use manual record for this, i have successfully recorded a 3 hour chunk on one channel through manual record
