WHAT??? Im recording 3 channels with 2 tuners...

Can someone please explain what this is all about?

I have a Nova 500 with 2 DVB-T tuners, and was just setting up GBPVR.
Trying to test both tuners, and then tried to make a conflict, but instead it just records all 3 channels!!!

What in the world is happening???

GB-PVR's multi-record lets you record multiple digital channels with one tuner if they're on the same channel. ie, with two tuners in your DVB-T card you could be recording a dozen or so channels at the same time. (might be six channels on one frequency and six on another)

Now I just need sound. Works fine on stored analog recordings, but nothing on the DVB-T recordings :-(

You probably don't have the necessary decoder installed (AAC I believe).

(had to choose germany in the config when setting up the cards)

Anyway, it found my channels fine, but no sound both in recordings and live tv

These are my codecs:

Audio decoder:
- System default
- Moonlight odio dekoda
- mpeg audio decoder
- nero digital audio decoder
- ulead mpg audio decoder

AC3 Decoder:
- System default
- Moonlight odio dekota
- Mainconcept (HCW) Layer II Audio decoder
- Nero Digital decoder
- Intervideo NonCSS Audio decoder

tried to choose some on random, but no luck..

Unfortunately none of those a common decoders that are known to work. Infact some of them are known to definitely not work.

I'm not sure what sort of audio they use there.

If its AC3, try installing AC3Filter http://ac3filter.net/

If its MPEG1 Layer 2, try installing http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPA_Decoder.htm

Ahh not sure what you use for sound over there.

If playing live tv and hit control-o what does it say your sound is?

Sub, installed the codecs you linked to and chose them in the config program, but still no sound :-(

(WinTV v7 doesn't give me sound either)

Psycik, ctrl-o does nothing???

Old recordings still works just fine...

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.
