I have spent some time seeing if others are having this same issue but not found anything. Most seem to have issues right through recordings.

My 1080i recordings (TV3 NZ DTT) play fine until I use skip or fwd. After I use either of these I get and almost strobe effect on video with movement. A pause and un-pause will sometimes fix it as will a small skip back. It only seems to be an issue with the 1080i recordings, the 720p seem fine.

My first thought was my video card drivers and settings, but I have found changes to these have no effect on this issue. I can live with it but would like to sort if possible

Cheers

u need a quartz update...kb919071
but it can also be had in sp3, and other various hotfixes...
if you just want that fix alone, the kb919071 should do the trick..Smile
