yea,i was surprised to see not-so-bloated pricing on a few cap cards too...
even dual tuner styles...
would have to mod it to get the io cables into it, but shouldn't be hard...
even the cheap model has a pcie slot..[$199 ver]
and that's a hard price to beat for a whole system...[even tho single core]

makes it a sweet silent standalone pvr...for light use...bedroom style..w/vesa mount..
or stick a ssd in that slot for an extra disk inside..

yeah the 199 price tag is too good. is there a substantial difference between the single and dual core atom? i mean i know i am not going to get a behemoth but i want to see if it worth spending an extra $150 for the asrock.

For the two Acer Revos, the difference is not just a faster CPUR, there is more cache, you get 2 GB vs 1GB RAM, and Windows 7 vs XP home for the $130. The Asrock costs even more, but you do get a DVD or BD, but you need to pay for Windows.

There was a beta update for Adobe Flash today including h/w accelerated h264 playback on the NVIDIA ION.
