SearchWiz Crashing on Result Display

Please help... I can open SearchWiz and search, but as soon as I go to a programme's details, PVRX2 crashes and I get a "PVRX2 Has encountered a problem and needs to close" Send Error Report/Don't Send box. If I click on the "What data does this error report contain" I get the enclosed pic.

Looking into the PVRX2.exe.log this is where it actually crashes:

I have WizWebHelper.dll (v.1.0.14.0). Can you help please? What do I need to do to get this working or assist you in troubleshooting. Many thanks,

Typically that error is the result of mis-matched DLLs.

1. Stop the recording service
   
2. Install the most current SearchWiz from the wiki.
   
3. Then install the most current WizDLLs from the wiki.
   
4. Restart the recording service
   

It's important that the recording service is stopped when installing the DLLs, otherwise they may not install correctly.

This should solve your problems. If not, recreate the problem, then post the pvrx2.exe.log file and I'll take a look.
