Just ran across a link to this thing on another site. Looks like it would be pretty sweet for those that use an HTPC in their viewing room:

Hmm, looks good. Would be interested to hear the views of anyone who's tried it.

While it may not be "mini" I really love this one :

I got the one mentioned in the first post (Unisen??) from an Ebay vendor in AZ for $40 - works great so far,
