ATI HD650 Dual Tuner PCIe

Hi have this card installed in windows 7 x64. I have my cable hooked to the analog input and antenna hooked to digital input. I have everything working. But when I'm recording something off the digital I cannot watch the analog input. It says tuner busy. I ran filtercheck and here is the output. The Diamond box says you can record and watch at the same time. Thanks

so what drivers are you using? i got this tuner last week and it works great in 7..
download the 750 drivers for win7, as they also cover this one too..[and it says no win7 driver available for 650 when i check]

also, the card should be setup board# as capture device #1 for both analog and digital...as they are different kinds...but first card for both kinds with that driver..
that way the program knows they are connected to same card and available separately..

I'm still having the same problem, record off of atsc, tuner is busy, do you want to watch recording channel. I did update the driver completely erased gb-pvr and reinstalled. Both

If I record off cable is does not say tuner busy but I get no atsc antenna signal.

Is there something I need to change in the bda file, I know the 650 pro was a hybrid tuner, so it might not be setup right for the dual tuner of the 650 pcie

Reproduce the problem and zip and post a complete set of logs.

I have compressed the log files in logs.rar. I erased them all then reproduced the error. Recording off analog then I got the message that no tuner was available again.

Thanks for looking into this. I'm thinking of buying another tuner card so I can get the first 30 analog cable channels and 12 cable QAM.

I downloaded sage tv and it does the same thing can't watch analog and record atsc

Looking more closely at your filtercheck.log, it's not showing an encoder filter. Try loading the drivers from http://support.amd.com/us/psearch/Pages/...=&items=20

Also, those logs you posted only show an attempt to watch an analog channel from a PCH. Start a recording from the TV Guide on a digital channel and then select an analog channel to watch.

I completely turned off the computer removed the card and reinstalled it. The only other thing I did was to kill the recording service and tray icon so I could delete the log files. Then restarted them. Maybe something on the card was messed up.

But it does not give me the message that the tuner is busy anymore even on switching atsc channels when recording I just get a black screen. The analog feed stops when recording stops though

Might start doing it again when I reboot and drivers load automatically. But I know how to fix it.
