Well, i am not sure if i am not wrong...
Latest versions of MPC-HC player have integrated TV tuner support and it is using "MpegSplitter.ax" instead of MS demultiplexer. This combination have no issue for using h.264 and MPEG-2 TV stream + MPC DXVA video decoder.
I have no idea how to force GB-PVR to use "MpegSplitter.ax" instead of MS demultiplexer - somebody should try it if it will be working
BTW, latest version of MPC video decoder now support DXVA for MPEG-2 too, can be great free solution.
