I had a brief look into the database, seeing that gbpvr.db3 and empty.db3 are the exact same sizes in my installation.

The two databases are not completely alike - gbpvr.db3 contains my channel information, the other one does not. There are - however - no new programming info there. Both databases contain some older programming from april 2006.

I seem pick up EPG info, but none of it really makes it to the database.

If you dont mind deleting your capture source, can you try recreating it, then post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log after a scan? The config logs you posted above (post #9) didnt show you recreating your capture source. I wanted to specially see the results of a scan.

It looks like your EPG entries are not getting inserted because the channels in your database have the tsid or onid set to zero (identified as zero during the scan), and this doesnt match the tsid or onid on the listings being found in the stream.

Hi!

Here are to logs. This time i tried to do as told:
- Enter Config Tool
- Remove Recording Source
- Exit Config Tool
- Enter Config Tool
- Add Recording Source: Terratec Cinergy C + DVB EPG Broadcast
- Let the SCAN session run
- Enable All discovered channels (an idea of my own - see below)
- Let the EPG Scan run on exit
- Exit Config Tool
- Enter PVRX2

When switching to TV Guide I notice some channels with program info in them. When switching to Live TV, the same channels display current program info.

My own idea was; since I have two of each of the channels i pay for - one encrypted and one unencrypted - there could be a mixup between channels with apparently the same name. Apparently not!

The ones actually recording info in the database are all C+*, menaing they originate from Canal+.

I can sort of see what is happening, but there isnt an easy fix right now. It'd require you to edit the mappings in your database to fix the ONID/TSID values in your tuning requests.

I'll try to add a fix in the next release.

Okay, thanks. I'll see what happens.
