This irremote file used to work in XP64 but doesnt work now in Win 7 x64 can someone tell me why? Attached

No idea, but the Irremote.ini from my XP32 install worked fine in W7x64 without modification (apart from changing any Program~1 to Program~2).
However I did turn off UAC, and changed Irremote to 'Run as adminsitrator' - maybe UAC is causing the problem? My Win7 64 Irremote.ini attached for reference.

I can't find this file on my new win7 build. Can anyone point me to it?
Win7 Enterprise, ASUS Prime H270-Pro, i3 7100 @ 3.9, 4GB Ram, 128Gb SSD, 2 x 1000Gb HDD, 1 x 2000Gb external HDD, Hauppauge HVR-2200, Hauppauge HDR-4000, SiloconDust HD HomeRun Dual, 42" LG LCD. Client - Raspberry Pi 3 Panasonic 32" LCD

Mine lives in c:\windows

just click, start, run, irremote.ini

Thats what I thought too but it was not there. I have copied it from my old setup as well as the other ir files and it's now starting but so far no nPVR action with it.

Just duplicate the entries for PVRX2 and name them nPVR (or whatever the target window's name is)
