TV Listings 2.11 available

Hi,

I've just uploaded v2.11 of the TV Listings plugin at the wiki. Changes include:

- multiple TV Guides are now ordered by their name
- fixed a bug where the “friendly date format” in the @sourcePeriod element not updates at midnight

Please note the following things when upgrading:
- You don't need to overwrite your existing tvlistings.db3 database file
- GBPVR 1.4.7 is required to use the reminder/pre-book feature
- There were no skin changes since the last release
