Twinhan AD-SP400 - No Lock, No Scan

:oI stupidly installed the Twinhan VP-1020A drivers for my Twinhan AD-SP400; and after that the card can't even alternate power between polarizations; it can just come on and shut down (I know this because I have a small satellite finder attached). NOTE: I have since unistalled and installed original drivers of the versions; changed PC; and operating systems - I'm now Win7. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
