So I managed to get my Twinhan 3250 to recognize as a Twinhan ATSC but I wanted to use the Analog side of the card at the moment, not the digitial. The 2.65 drivers I installed come up that it is a DBV-TV 878 Digital Tuner/Capture device and the drivers even specific that it's a -S -C -T (which are all options for devices to select in the config but if I select a device like Twinhan DVB-C (DVB-TV 878 Digital Tuner) it won't let me assign channels to the card and the program crashes. So I'm wondering, is there a different driver I need since only the ATSC part of the card is coming up, or is it even possible to use the analog side of the card? Thanks!

Unfortunately the analog side of this device lacks the require hardware MPEG2 encoder, so doesnt work with GB-PVR.

That's what I was worried about, oh well looks like I'll be returning the card. Thanks!

Necro-post! ka-pow!

Figured I'd add to a "3250" thread. Just wondering about the DVB drivers for ATSC. Don't care about analog.

For various reasons, I put 64-bit 7 on the HTPC -- and quickly realized I can't find any Twinhan drivers that work. The last/best ones I can find and tried are supposed Vista x64 drivers, and if I try to update them in 7 it tells me "these are the best current drivers" or whatever for the tuner card. But the card has the little yellow exclamation point next to it in Device Manager, and I can't get any TV tuner software to see it.

So, I don't know which is the best route from here. Windows 7 32-bit, Vista 32 or 64, or just go back to XP. Is anyone using the Twinhan 3250 with Vista or Windows 7? If so, 32bit, or 64bit?
I bet Michael Bay uses GBPVR because it's awesome:
