Hi.
I have just been changing the capture source with dramatic consequences: I 'lost' all previously recorded recordings and all types of scheduled recordings
What I did was after changing from XMLTV to O2grabber I had some slight changes in the naming of some of the channels. Even after not enabling the 'old' chanels, I wasn't able to get rid of them in the capture sources list, and i did get som EPG problems with overlapping programme schedules that I suspected came from the almost identical channel names.
So I simply made a new capture source and removed the old one. BIG mistake! After this the list of ready recordings was empty as well as the pending recordings. Having a LOT of recordings from over ½ a year, this was a completely unexpected shock!
Are there any way to get the recordings back in the list, and what is the reason for this - to me - illogical behaviour?
I'm getting cable in a couple of weeks time, as well as I intend to put my second PVR350 into production, so it would be nice to know the workings of this part of the application before I get into any more trouble...
Anyway - courtesy of VideoArchive, I still have access to my recordings, so they are luckily not completely lost.
Rgds,
Niels
