Blast.exe Command Line Parameters

where does blast.exe come from?

It gets installed as part of WinTV. It will be in c:\Program Files (x86)\WinTV\

If its an MCE style blaster, then you might be able to do two blasters. I'm not that familar with these. I havnt used blasters in years, and when I did, I used the retail style Hauppauge blasters.

I'm curious. I thought analog or ClearQAM were the only two ways you could avoid using blasters. Are you using serial interface or something similar to control the digital set top box?

lol I forgot I actually wrote blast.exe for Hauppauge. Sorry, it is also singler blaster. I only accepts one command line parameter which is the channel number.

I dont use a set top box, or analog.

Outside of North America you can use CAM modules, or multidec softcams, for decrypting paytv channels. That is what I do.

I envy you. The closest we come is use of CableCards but there aren't a bunch of television sets or capture cards that use them.
