V0.92.8 + ME skin update - feedback

Groover I've had the same problem. I've had to move the "Recordings" folder from the blue skin and put it in the ME folder. Actually all you need to do is copy the skin.xml file in the recordings folder of the blue skin, and put that file in the ME/recordings folder. It doesn't look as pretty, but at least it works

there are just two missing special elements in the recordings skin.xml file. all you need to do is compare the two and copy them from the blue skin.xml to the me skin.xml file.

ill post a fix later, im a little busy with uni right now.

either sub added these two things after 0.92.06 or i just missed them.

I have no idea how to update these kinds of things... if it's easy, i'd do it!

i use a widescreen version of ME.

you cant really teach someone how to do a skin, they're are actually quite basic, they can just take awhile to do.

have a go at fixing the recordings problem. the "record" option in the tv guide uses the skin from the "recordings" directory. so thats the skin you have to edit.

well i tried and it totally didn't work. I did something wrong (obviously)... Reven, what i'm hearing from you is that we should go look for another skin. Thanks for having kept it up for a few generations... Rather than say that the ME skin has found its death, I suppose what we can say in the online world is that the ME Skin has been relegated to the "archives"
