That's what has me baffled... every rev kept getting faster and faster and more stable till this one. Does anyone see anything in my config (see sig) that jumps out at you?

I stopped messing with it late last night and put 12b back on. I'm having guests over for the next few days and needed something stable...so I'm not saying things like "hang on [guest1], I gotta send this error log to Sub" Big Grin

I'm grateful for all the work that Sub has put into this, and I think all of us need to continue to show our gratitude by donating (it really only takes 30 seconds if you have paypal!)

I'm sure this program is worth the price and then some... but the big draw was definately that it has been free and that it has built a community of users...

I have been using GB-PVR for about a month now and must say it is one of the best programs I have used and I have tried them all. The quality and care that goes into this program is simply amazing.

There is one thing that I thought you should know. When using the mouse to change channels (which I didn't do until to today cause I couldn't find my remote) it makes the +/-/Pause/Exit buttons dissapear while pressing the +/- keys and you have to move the mouse to make them re-appear.

Also I found that GB-PVR does not work with the Hauppauge remote (came with the 150 card) while the program is not the one being focused on. I did find a irremote.ini fix here a few weeks ago that does fix it. Is it possible to make it so GB-PVR roks with remote even without focus in future releases?

Other than that awesome program and look forward to new features with each release.

Keep up the great work

It's actually working the way I intend it to. I prefer the remote to only work with applications (incl GB-PVR) that are in the foreground. This is much more cooperative for other applications that are installed, which may also need to use the remote.

What about for those of us that DON'T have any other programs that need the remote (like myself, dedicated PVR box with GB-PVR only!), how about a toggle in a future version? Smile

There is already a manual change that has been described here that people can apply if they wish to.

Sub,
some feedback for you regarding WMA playback on MVP. This seems to work for many other users but for me I get a dreaded Microsoft error (see attached). I have also attached the trans2mp3 log file. If you need any more info please let me know.
thanks and regards,
MVPAAAGH

BTW WMA playback works perfectly on the PC.

Any way to set the sort order of recordings back to oldest recordings showing first rather than grouped by name order? I have about 75 recordings I am working through and I want to move through them in oldest order like I had been doing.

Now I have to bring up the Web Admin to see what the oldest recording is and then go into recordings....find the group....and then select the episode.

Did a fresh install and now no sound for recorded shows. Live tv works fine and timeshifting live tv works fine. When I record a new show and try to watch it, there is no audio. Now, I can play the same file in windows media player and sound works fine. I am using the nvidia decoders. When the recorded show plays in gbpvr, I open the nvidia decoder down in the task bar and there is not an audio option to monitor or update settings. As said before, I can do this in WMP and the nvidia decoder has the audio options visible. I have tried all configurations in the config utility and I can not get audio in recordings. The previous version of gbpvr worked for all audio. Thanks!
