Had this problem before but didn't do anything about it untill I was going to start fresh.

I now have a fresh W7 install and the latest NPVR
Every morning, my EPG data is gone. EPG is collected thu DVB-S

To get the full EPG, I have to watch live TV on a certain channel. Then my EPG gets populated with a full weeks data.

CCP/ffdshow. I installed this but find I'm using the built in MS dodah. Anyone got a good guide to using CCCP/ffdshow in NPVR? I have quite a lot of old vids that need a bit of enhancing, now that I have a bigger TV (from 26" CRT to 40" LED Sony)

Is it completely empty? If so, post the nrecord.log so I can look at what happened at the last epg update.

Also, do you have the patches in the survival guide. I remember one of these improved gaps in the listings. Depending on how norway transmits it's listings, it could be most channels empty of listings.

Those logs dont show an EPG update. They're pretty much empty.

Yes, exactly!

I dont think it does and update and for some reason, cleans out the existing manual update.
Can get a whole weeks epg from watching one channel, next morning, nada, all gone

You've posted the wrong logs. Those logs only show the server starting.

That would be the log that would show the EPG update process etc (which includes the logic to empty previous listings etc), but this particular one you posted is empty.

Your EPG update is to occur at 2am, but the logs starts at 4am today, so doesnt cover the problem time.

here. This log goes from a manual update by watching Motors channel on the 18th. Then it does it thing at 02:00 on the 19th

No data in the EPG in the morning
