		Thanks, when you are looking at the logs, from the MVP client perspective mvpmc doesn't have much to do other than deliver the raw PTS (in 45k) and sink a/v on startup and after a skip. The NMT is a much smarter client, and it has much more control and responsibility.  Hopefully you won't find too much but if the location in the file looks correct and the raw PTS looks odd on a skip, you can confirm a file problem by running it through tsMuxeR  http://www.smlabs.net/tsmuxer_en.html and seeing if the fixed file skips well.
Don't forget that config.xml change or resume will be off.
