Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem playing back some mpg's that I have. I noticed this with version 1.5.33 with all the patches, 1.5.36, and 1.5.36 with the patches. The issues are:
1) The timeline is incorrect. For example, one video will be 1:01:43 but the timeline will show 3:13:25. Both Windows Explorer and Windows Media Player will show 1:01:43. This particular file is 13.6 GB.
2) When I skip forward, it seems that it will start to skip forward from the last time I skipped forward. So, if I skipped forward up until the 5 minute mark, watched 10 minutes, and then attempted to skip forward again, it would start back at the 5 minute mark.
3) Occasionally the video/audio will randomly freeze. I am able to hit ESC, wait about a minute, and then it will exit and return back to the list of videos.
4) Occasionally the audio will get out of sync.
I tried using different video/audio decoders but that didn't seem to help. One interesting thing that I've noticed is that since I've changed from using FFDShow from my video/audio decoders, it still uses them.
Thanks for your help.
