Black screen on Live TV?

I've been playing with NPVR for a while, fiddling around, and getting stuff to work.

I've run into a road block with Live TV, all I get is a black screen with audio. The playback counter and bar all display as well. Just no TV.

I'm running a Haup HDPVR. I also have TME installed on the machine as well. I do have the input set to component on the hdpvr.

I have PDVD7 with h264 playback, that works in both GBPVR, and in NPVR playing existing .ts files, as I have that set for h264 playback.

I've attached NPVR.log and Nrecord.log

Zip and attach your npvr.db3 and I'll take a look.

My db3 is 2.5mb compressed, so its too big to be attached.:confused:

Here is the npvr.db3 file, i just stuck it onto my web host.

Something I knoticed, when I look at the FFDshow menu in live TV, no video codec is loaded.

When I replay a TS file that I recorded in GBPVR, the arcsoft codec is loaded.

I could try doing a record in NPVR, and see if it can do a playback.

Sorry if I'm hijacking this thread, but I'm having the same problem. Black screen with OSD and audio when I attempt to watch live tv through my HDPVR. However, if I make a recording of that same channel, it plays back normally.

Yes, I've tried Cyberlink and the ArcSoft decoder, as recommended by sub in the post I linked to previously.

Live TV worked beautifully with ffdshow under GBPVR. Live TV currently works with my internal TV card (2250?), but 95% of my channels are obtained through the HD-PVR.
