PC not hibernating

I reinstalled GBPVR to see if I could get it running again and now my pc won't hibernate. I've had it running for over 6 months and it used to hibernate everytime (before GBPVR). What is it GBPVR doing that prevents my pc from hibernating. I have no recordings or EPG updates scheduled.

There is nothing in GBPVR that should keep it from hibernating. I use standby, but when it doesnt go into standy it is usually a sign for me that I was "horsing" the PC a little too hard (e.g. crashing GBPVR or another program), or its a sign I need to do some housecleaning, or another machine is keeping it awake. Also make sure in device manager all three boxes are checked in power management for your network adapter(s). If you have other machines on your network it could be keeping it awake.

For housekeeping I use CCleaner to clean temp/dump files and clean the registry... it works real well. Then I reboot and it wakes/sleeps good. Did you look in task manger to see if anything in there doesnt look normal that could keep it awake?

If none of this helps, you should post your GBPVR logs for someone to look at to rule it out.
