Hi.
In version 0.91 scrambled channels and Twinhan DVB-T CI works. In 0.92 it doesn't. Please make it work again, I don't want to use 0.91 forever.

I can watch scrambled (coded) channels (Boxer in Sweden, viaccess coding) with version 0.91, using the Twinhan CI board, a CAM moudule and a subscriber chip. According to sub that had to move out from version 0.92, maybe it was conflicting with something else. So with version 0.92 the scrambled channels are only black.

Since I moved (bought a house, moved from unscrambled cable tv to scrambled digital terrestrial) my PVR box has been collecting dust. Now and then I check up on the current status of getting a DVB-T CI/CA solution to work. GB-PVR looks very nice (was running MythTV before) and as stated by this thread, CI+CA (Boxer, Sweden) was working in 0.91 but was taken out in 0.92. sub said in another thread that he couldn't support CI at this time.

I'm wondering - should I keep checking this forum hoping to get CI support some day? Maybe it has been solved and I just didn't search thoroughly enough?

Note to sub: I'm a developer myself and I know that supporting *everything* isn't possible. I'm NOT complaining in any way, I'm just trying to collect some data on how to proceed with my PVR endeavors.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sad news (for me) tho. I'll have to go see what the MythTV folks have been up to since I left the "PVR scene". I'm not getting my hopes up tho. Sad
