TV guide is not auto updating

I am having problems getting NPVR to automatically update my tv guide listing. I use schedules direct. I can do it manually though. Logs are attached.

It tried to update the EPG at 2am, but was unable to locate the schedules direct server. This would either be because your DNS was unavailable at that time, or you have some firewall issue stopping NRecord.exe from being able to access the network.
