I'm sure the problem is down to the decoder you're using. If the decoders you've already got on your machine dont seem to work, then you'll probably need to install some other decoder.

also just a note when i hit reply on the site in the latest version of firefox it will opt for quick reply only i had to load your site in IE in order to do a reply to thread rather than quick reply with firefox i am forced to do quick reply

also i am having problems getting my MCE remote to work in windows xp 64bit dunno if anyone knows a work around on this or a remote that could be recommended for 64bit xp

If it is a ehome transceiver the short answer is no it will not work with 64bit XP. After extensive research and a lot (and I do mean a lot) of trial and error I was unable to get any drivers to work under 64bit XP. I had heard of cheaper non-microsoft units with support for 64bit XP but by then I was fed up with it and just went back to good old 32bit XP (Since then I have upgraded to win7).
