Missing recurring recording

When you 'update' the recurring recording, it'll look something like this for an 'all episodes, all channels' recording.

Isn't that's only for a manual recording, not a recurring recording?

I do "All Episodes on this Channel".

Hmm, that doesnt look right.

We'll probably need to wait until the next release is out (should be this weekend), then I'll be in a position to provide patches again and I can add some more logging.

OK, I have updated to 2.1.4.
It all looks the same.

What should I look for in the d/b to show whether it is all episodes on this channel or something else?
