Analog tv always loses audio

sub, is this just meant to fix .45's problem temporarily, or is this change a permanent part of the code that should be in the patch list?

It'll become a permanent part of the code. It shouldnt cause any problems for other devices, and works around an issue that appears to be an ATI driver bug.

Its not an important patch though. Only relevent to analog users with ATI devices.
