HomeRun problems scanning channels

WAVYDT2 is interesting, it's a local weather channel that shows up as 52.33468. It's interesting in that the "HDHomeRun Config (GUI)" utility finds it as 52.33468, but also, all 3 HD televisions in the house pick it up as "52.33468"

This has turned into quite the education, my knowledge of TV channels in general, much less digital and QAM, was about zip, but i'm learning. Thanks for your patience!

Here's the NPVR log and the HDHR xml channel scan file if they help.

We'll try looking into this 52.33468 channel. Place the attached tuning file in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\QAM, create a c:\temp directory, and create a HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NPVR\LogTSFlow=1 (DWORD) registry setting, then try scanning the "52 Test" frequency set, then post the c:\temp\mon.txt file that gets created.

I can see it knows 52.33468 exists in the stream, but the data describing 52.33468 (the PMT) never arrives from the HDHomeRun, so the app doesnt know any details about the channel and it's not included in the results.

What do you have the application set to in the HDHomeRun Setup app? Try 'Other ATSC/QAM'.

I've got it set to Other "ATSC/QAM"

Infact, I've tried all the options and no joy.

Can you create a c:\temp\live directory, and set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NPVR\RecordFullTS=1 (DWORD), then try that scan again, then make available to me the c:\temp\live\full-xxxxxx.ts file? (you might need to use a service like megaupload.com if you dont have access to a web or ftp server)
