That's the odd part, the sub-title isn't part of the filename. I will assume it is just the one trailing period that lost on import.

I just double checked the code, and can see the xmltv reader removing the trailing period. I cant remember why that was explicitly added though. I'm sure there was a good reason for it.

Thanks knowing that makes my XPath a lot easier then all kinds of special casing.

Code:
2011-09-22 00:00:16.207    [DEBUG][1]    Meta files exists C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Media/Shows/NCIS Los Angeles.xml
2011-09-22 00:00:19.906    [INFO][1]    Episodes Found on http://www.thetvdb.com
2011-09-22 00:00:19.910    [DEBUG][1]    Not found /Data/Episode/EpisodeName[. ='Lange, H']
2011-09-22 00:00:19.910    [DEBUG][1]    /Data/Episode/EpisodeName[. ='Lange, H.']
2011-09-22 00:00:19.910    [DEBUG][1]    Rename using Lange, H. S03 E01

I noticed npvr.db3 has original_air_date in epg_event but it is not being populated.

My schedulesdirect.xml has this as <originalAirDate>2010-10-10</originalAirDate>

and XMLTV has <previously-shown start="20101010" /> (not quite the same nuance to the name but values are correct)

If found in the node could those values by imported from the source file?

I'll try to add it in a future release.

Many xmltv files give something like "2010" instead.

That's fine 2010-01-01 is better than nothing, at least it indicates the episode is not current and I wouldn't have to download a new episode list.
