Live TV Buffer deletion (when)?

Here is another go at it. This should make sure the files are deleted both for client PC and for VLC clients.

WAIT, something odd happening...

I have a number of files left in the live buffer (list below), its deleting something, but these files are 175Mb in size, there continuations, i notice i get black "blips" sometimes and i bet this has something to do with it, i am sure this started after the new DLL install???? never happened before (didnt back up the old file but could test this as the client install wasnt touched).

Any ideas? (logs enclosed)

UPDATE, ive tested this further, most times it deletes all the files with there ending "*.-number.ts", however the above are left, i hope the logs shed some light on what was going on here with those files...
