Bulk Map - Setting source to none

Just a minor issue this, but if you use the Bulk Mapping screen to set a channel's EPG source to None, then the value doesn't stick. It does if you use that channel's individual setting screen though.

Probably not the sort of thing anyone would notice because normally you'd have no reason to change a channel (with data) back to none, but there you go.

Thanks for this, Iain is not the only one to notice! It was driving me mad after rescanning after recent UK sat changes. I leave all the random channels at the end of the list but want to set them all to EPG "none" so it doesn't waste time getting the DVB EPG. The theory is I'll go through them one day and include an XMLTV source, but in reality never bother
