Weather plugin: more unit conversions

If the consensus is that SI pressure should be in HPa rather than kPa it would be a simple change for me to multiply the number by 10 and switch the units. I also saw someone say that the numbers should include 1 decimal point rather than 2. Does everyone agree? If so I can sweep that change in at the same time. Any other requests/bugs gnawing at people?

would be nice. i just checked the swiss national tv weather-'news'... they don't use decimal points at all. but one is surely enough.

I second that, IMHO wind speed shoud be # m/s, no decimals and pressure #### hPa, again no decimals.
Also, it'd be nice if you added the °-symbol in front of the C as °C is the correct format for "european" temperature. ° is ALT+0176 BTW.
