No diseq support for Skystar HD2 in NPVR

Hi,
I used Skystar HD2 card with GbPVR. In fact this is rebranded Twinhan VP-1041/Azurewave AD-SP400.
To work with diseq switch I had to modify the section in bda.ini, adding diseqc line identical to other Twinhan cards:

And now the problem/question.... There is no bda.ini file for NPVR, neither NPVR supports diseq for Skystar HD2.
Is there any way to modify individual settings within NPVR?
How to add diseqc support for NPVR?

Unfortunately there is no Diseqc support for Twinhan devices in NextPVR. I wasnt able to find functioning 64 bit drivers for my device, so haven't been able to test any Twinhan stuff directly in NextPVR.
