I don't see it like this. It's a difference to use facts (unknown hardware environment, already available win xp license, reason for switching from one to another os) and proofs (video of a performance under an old system, not mentioned multitasking performance) for deciding anything, or to say "my experience, my only one. only me is seeing this, so that's the ultimate and only truth." Advise like this is useless at hell.
