In that case npvr should be able to honour pre and post padding. I haven't done that with an analog card myself, however. Let's see what the logs say.

I am also having a problem with multiple shows recording back-to-back on the same tuner, each with 1 min pre & post padding. I have dual tuners (2250) with channels assigned on one tuner under Win7 x64. I have installed the patch roll-up final.

Just wanted to add some log files to see if this problem could be resolved. These are 3 separate occasions where the back to back recordings had problems. I made the adjustment in the registry to get the extra logging. The file appears to overwrite itself on each new recording so only the last recording appears to be logged in each file. Let me know if I can do anything else on my end.

At this stage in the release cycle I cant provide patches for you to try. You'll have to try it again with the next release, and if the problem is still there, then I'll help you work through it.

I'll do a complete re install with new version. Do I have to change anything in the registry to get that log file not to overwrite itself on each recording?

Looks like I may be having the same problem. Interestingly it only happened on SD recordings (which may be due to having 2 SD recorders but only 1 HD). My setup is 1 HD-PVR with only HD channels and 2 analog tuners (a PVR-150 and a HVR-2250) each with only the SD channels. I scheduled a bunch of recordings and wanted to get both SD and HD versions of the shows (because I had occasional playback issues w/ HD under GB-PVR). Logs are attached but what happened is that all the back-to-back HD recordings went off fine, but the 1st SD recording was full length and all the rest were 3 min long. I am happy to wait for the next version but thought I'd add my experience and logs in case it helps track this down.

I have installed the final patch roll up.

Incidentally, I also had an error trying to schedule a recurring recording on channel 731, got an unhandled exception in the NPVR app, but I don't see anything about that in the logs so I'll see if I can reproduce that.

I'm pretty sure this is the known issue with back to back recordings on analog recordings, and already fixed for the next release.

Great, thanks sub! So far my experience with NPVR has been great, much more stable showing HD shows on my NMT, and I'm hoping that I'll be able to dispense with the SD recording for shows that are also shown in HD.
