Streaming does not work

I've attached a screen cap of the error I'm getting when I try to stream a recording using VLC. Based on the line of code where the error occurs, it appears that the program cannot locate VLC. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and I've verified that VLC is installed at "C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC" and I have the correct paths in "VLC Location (Video)" and "VLC Location (Audio)" under the config screen. Is there some other configuration step I'm missing?

Add a \ after vlc in your path location on the config tab.... C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\Vlc\

ok. Now we're getting somewhere. I feel kinda dumb for missing that backslash, but now I'm getting a new error (attached).
