Can't Start Recording Service

Recently trying NPVR (currently use GB-PVR) and can't watch live TV because NPVR is unable to communicate with recording device. I try to restart recording service and get the error that's in the JPEG I've uploaded.

Maybe try running "nrecord.exe RUN" from the command line to see if it spits out a more detailed error message.
