NdigitalHost.exe interact with desktop error

The error shown in the log is exactly why NDigitalHost.exe exists, ie to work around this "Async stop taking way too long" error that could happen sometimes for some users, leaving the recording service dead in the water.
I confess I do not recall having the recording service crash on me previously but it is obviously great that you have split the process out to stop this from happening in the future.

I checked the dump, and it just showed the normal cause of this "Async stop taking way too long" error, ie a crash happening in MSNP.ax.

Hopefully with that patch applied, next time you wouldnt have noticed anything. It only happens when stopping the recording, so the recording is already complete, and next recording will restart ndigitalhost.exe.

Will the postprocessing.bat file still be run?

Yes, thats run from nrecord.exe, not ndigitalhost.exe.

Yep. I'll update it to create multiple logs.

Did I miss a post for NDigitalHost where you added the multiple tuner logging?

No, I havn't done it yet. I've been pretty busy with day job stuff the last couple of weeks.

Thanks, no problem, It's not for me, but I noticed a few logs today where this could of been helpful, and I remembered this post but couldn't find a link.
