Colossus - WinTV=Fine NPVR no video no audio

I just installed a Colossus yesterday which wouldn't work until I did an HCWClear to wipe everything hauppauge (I removed the other TV cards too to make sure).

After re-installing everything and then installing the newest colossus drivers WinTv works without a hickup including blasting channels. In NPVR I get black screen and no audio but no complaints from NPVR otherwise. I deleted the now-absent devices and rebooted with no change in outcome.

I tried LAV, Hauppauge, and arcsoft decoders with no difference.

Oh yes, I tried stopping the WinTV server first then again while leaving that server running.

I have just a SD digital box so I have composite only selected with RCA audio. I'm not trying to look at component video with composite input etc.

Any tips or ideas?

A good start would be to post your logs showing attempts to watch live tv or record something.

Can you post the log again showing an attempt with the ArcSoft decoder? Also include the nrecord.log.

I just noticed - the tray icon's status list shows an HD-PVR instead of a Colossus. Here's the logs anyway.

You don't have any blaster setting and it looks like it configured for component. Did you change the source before you added the channel?

As Martin said, it looks like you're using component video input? Didnt you say you wanted composite?

I got the Colossus working perfectly by deleting and re-importing the channel list. I guess I must have imported the channels before setting composite as the input because it was saying composite when I looked. The input settings are saved in the channel list I guess?

i then re-installed the 2250 and it won't work at all, even in WinTV (which just exits after it says it's checking system health). I'll try re-installing winTV and see if that fixes anything. No use trying to get anything working in NPVR if it won't even work in it's native apps.
