A long-time GBPVR user, I'm now looking at NPVR as a replacement/upgrade.

But I do have a question. With GBPVR I could manually enter start and end times with the keypad. However with NPVR it seems I can only scroll to the start and end times (in 10 minute increments!). This is painfully slow when setting up a series of manual recordings. I can't find any reference to this in the forums, and I can't be the only one wanting to do this, so am I missing something?

Thanks.

I have just tried here. Oddly, I can key times using the numbers along the top of the keyboard. I can't when using the keypad.

I've tried both, without success.

I never use the numeric keypad on my keyboard, so hadn't noticed they didnt work. I'll try to fix them for the next release.

I double checked and the normal numbers keys work just fine, as does the number keys on a remote control. Just type four digitals. ie, want it to start at 14:43 then type 1443. Try again David, you must have done something wrong.

I just tried it here and I can see it is slightly deceptive.

The 'suggested' start time was 18:00 and I then typed 194 but it still showed as 18:00. It wasn't until I typed 5 that it changed to show 19:45.

I'm wondering if David is only typing a couple of numbers and because it doesn't update at each key press is assuming it isn't working.

Yeah, I wondered that too. GBPVR worked the same way though.
