HDHR Prime Problems

I am having the same problems I have seen others having setting up the HDHR Prime. I have tried all the solutions that others have used but nothing seems to get me anything but a black screen and silence. I have attached the logs. I shut down the windows firewall after adding Nrecord.exe, Nextpvr.exe and Ndigitalhost.exe to the firewall exceptions. I installed the SFA filter pack. I set the HDHR application to NPVR. Nothing seems to help.

I even looked at the log files and didn't see any obvious error messages.

i seem to remember people needed to set it to none or generic instead of npvr to get it to show up...[just a guess]

your logs show no MPEG-2 decoder.

Thanks. I don't know why the decoders were disabled. I guess when I installed the SFA pack it disabled the decoders.

The playback isn't totally smooth. There's a slight pause about every 15 or 20 seconds. I don't know whether that might be network latency since I'm on wireless and the tuners have to pass through a HomePlug connection to get to the router. I plan to run wire to the switch that the tuners are on. Perhaps that will help.
