Dear all,

due to cnbc retiring the NextPVR Pandora plugin that had relatively no takers and removing it dutifully from the wiki I would suggest that there is some way of archiving this stuff, rather than just removing it, particularly if the author is willing to leave code for others to follow on... (In this instance have not yet checked if cncb would be willing to share code).

Slightly unsure at this moment as to how to proceed. Spent far too much time recently booting up my new/old/rebuilt NextPVR server now that the builder dust has settled and I can turn on steeb devices again without them going "boom"!

cheers

Spent a bit more time thinking about this. Think I will re-introduce the Category part of pmwiki to do this. Will take me at least a week to get round to it, so if any dissent, speak soon Wink

Hope all is well out there in the world, with all.

cheers

Sounds fine to me. It would certainly be a shame to lose any/all references to something that is no longer supported.
I dread to think of the state of the 'wayback' machine as the web seems to be expanding exponentially.

Always the challenge of a librarian mind Martin! To keep the 'wayback' in place but not clutter the aisles....

I would agree with this and thank you for your input.

To keep a ref but deposited out of the way.

Hhhmm more work for us wiki types Big Grin

cheers

Never throw anything out... Anything, if kept long enough, will eventually become useful - even if only to historians... Smile

Indeed Sir Alex, tuck it away tidily but do not skip it, there will come a day when someone will want to have a look! By then it may be an antique and have value Wink

There's a lot of it about Smile as a race, we've always had a tendency to wander Wink
